We make our advents to last for years and years if they are taken care of. Our goal is that you will hand them down for generations to come.

Spot cleaning is the best. I recommend a gentle soap like Dawn with a complete rinse and then air dry. You can iron it after you clean it. Take care to be gentle with the felt as it will peel and stretch if there is too much friction or pulling.

If you order a pre-made advent, it will come completely sewn and ready to use. Please double-check the listing you are purchasing from to verify you are ordering what you want. As I do sell patterns and DIY kits for my advent as well.

We are so glad you asked. You can use them for everyday use with children. Teachers love them in their classrooms. They are super fun for birthday months and birthday countdowns. You can use them for Santa mail or Tooth Fairy mail. Some families use them for countdowns to holidays or planned trips, or even big upcoming events in their lives (like someone coming to visit or a move). I've seen them used in pretend play and inside treehouses and playhouses. I've also seen them used for mail exchange between grandchildren and grandparents. The sky's the limit.

You can choose your color, the shape on the flap (or no shape), and a name or word. The name font and color are also customizable.

Spot cleaning is best if it can do the trick. If not, you can throw them in the wash, but I would do a gentle cycle… and maybe even put them in a mesh bag of some sort. Line dry.

Stuff with something like a wadded up grocery bags is best to help it keep its shape, but flat will work fine too.

Yep, I have several to choose from. A star, snowflake, heart, or flower. I can also do something else if it's simple enough.

Yes, most standard ones for sure. It will also work great on a Command hook and those types of applications.

They come with a little card that talks about each piece and how it can be used, but actual instructions are not included. This is where the magic and creativity come into play. You and/or your child get to use what they have in the space they have chosen to create their very own fort as they see fit. The best part is–it's different every time, so you can do it over and over and over.

You don't have to use the pieces as I have suggested–they are just simply that, a suggestion. Please encourage and use your creativity to make the best fort you can!

There are some small pieces, so we suggest 3 years and older–BUT my little people love forts just as much as their older siblings, so if you are right there helping, younger than 3 years old can and will have a blast too!

This would be fun, but alas, no, they do not. Just use whatever old sheets, blankets, sleeping bags, tablecloths, etc that you have to build your epic fort.

Shipments average 3-5 business days depending on location. Express Shipping is available as an upgrade option during checkout. All of our orders are shipped with insurance. All prices are calculated at checkout according to your region. Orders ship from Ogden, UT.

We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx, all shipping options are available.

Order Tracking
Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once a shipping label has been created for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. This tracking number can be used on the applicable shipping service's site to view the latest check-in of your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
